Jeremiah Downs, Founder
Jeremiah created the PetzOFF™ concept after experiencing significant damage to his couch caused by his new
Australian Shepherd puppy "Zioe". Not willing to part with Zioe, Jeremiah was determined to come up with a solution.
He is the emotional and philosophical force behind the team he built and is also responsible for securing and
expanding external Strategic Business relationships.
Michael Lwin, COO
Michael oversees the day-to-day Operations for PetzOFF International. He has 9 years experience in managing
multi-million-dollar small businesses, recently graduated Law School in 2008 and is currently in preparation
for the Florida Bar exam. Mike’s current focus is domestic and overseas Manufacturing Operations and Logistics.
Stiven Olarte, CFO
Stiven is responsible for day-to-day Financial decisions for PetzOFF International.
Aside from being a highly successful small business owner managing over 25 million dollars in assets,
Stiven has 8 years financial management/consulting experience and also holds his principle securities license.
Stiven is also bilingual and currently focuses on the long term capital plan for PetzOFF™ in response to growth
expectations.
